Refund Policy
Anime4Paint sells non-tangible digital assets that are delivered instantly via secure download. This policy explains our no-refund position, the rare exception for file defects, and the process for resolving disputes before payment provider escalation.
All products sold through Anime4Paint are digital assets, including toolkits, brushes, textures, and creator bundles. These items are delivered immediately after purchase through a secure download link, and there is no physical shipment involved.
Because these assets are non-tangible and irrevocable after delivery, Anime4Paint does not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is generated.
By completing a purchase, the buyer accepts that the transaction is final once the download link is made available. Download access constitutes order fulfillment.
Notice: Refunds are not available after digital delivery is confirmed.
If a digital file is proven to be corrupted, defective, or incomplete, our support team will provide a replacement or a remedy within 48 hours of notification.
Customers must contact support@anime4paint.ovh directly before initiating any payment provider chargebacks. This allows us to address issues quickly and resolve disputes amicably.
